Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your main duties will include:

- Identifying and approaching travel agencies in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah to onboard them onto our platform.
- Presenting our mobile application as a digital marketing tool that enhances travel agencies’ reach and improves customer experience.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies to ensure their continuous engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain travel agencies.
- Providing support and guidance to travel agencies, helping them optimize their listings and resolve any concerns.
- Acting as the main point of contact between the company and travel agencies, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Tracking the performance of onboarded travel agencies, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements.
- Meeting monthly targets by successfully onboarding a specific number of agencies.
- Earning performance-based bonuses based on the level of engagement and customer satisfaction from travel agencies.
